Spectators at the City of Swan’s Avon Descent Festival are in a unique position to cheer on Avon Descent competitors from the banks of Lilac Hill as they paddle and race by – it really is the best seat in the house!

The festival event offers Artisan markets filled with delicious gourmet food and wine, live demonstrations and take home treats from local growers. There is entertainment from local musicians and kids will have fun with roving entertainment and show rides.

The Avon Descent Festival is proudly presented by the City of Swan and Perth Airport, and supported by Lotterywest and VCMPerth Events.
